Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Aura Aesthetics Clinic. By accessing or using any services provided by Aura Aesthetics Clinic, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Aura Aesthetics Clinic provides medical aesthetics services, which may include injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation treatments, and other cosmetic treatments as determined by Aura Aesthetics Clinic in its sole discretion. The services provided by Aura Aesthetics Clinic are intended for adult patients only.

Treatment Plan and Pricing

Aura Aesthetics Clinic will provide each patient with a customised treatment plan, which may include multiple treatments over time. The pricing for each treatment will be provided to the patient prior to treatment and may be subject to change at Aura Aesthetics Clinic’s sole discretion.

Payment

Payment for all services is due at the time of service. Aura Aesthetics Clinic accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Any unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and legal action.

Appointments

Aura Aesthetics clinic strive to provide a professional service at competitive prices and request that patients attend on time to all appointments.

Appointments and Deposit

To support efficiency in managing patient appointments a £25 deposit is charged to secure all appointments, this is redeemable against treatments within 2 months of your consultation date. The deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or choose to not go ahead with treatment for personal reasons.

If you fail to attend your consultation but would like to rebook please note an additional deposit of £25 will apply.

Cancellation, failure to arrive for appointments and late arrival

You must give 48 hour’s working days notice to Aura Aesthetics clinic in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule any appointments, failure to do this will result in a cancellation fee of of your deposit paid.

Missed appointments will also incur a fee of the deposit you paid.

Any patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one of the treatments from their course if they fail to comply with the above terms.

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling appointments can only be made by telephoning the clinic Monday to Friday during office hours. Out of hours messages will not be accepted.


Appointments cannot be rescheduled online within the 48 time period.

Courses

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of the booking.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, and Aura Aesthetics Clinic does not offer refunds or exchanges for any services.

Risks and Side Effects

Patients acknowledge that there may be risks and potential side effects associated with medical aesthetics treatments. Aura Aesthetics Clinic will provide each patient with information about potential risks and side effects before treatment, and patients are responsible for asking any questions they may have about potential risks and side effects.



Zero Child Policy

At Aura Aesthetics Clinic, the safety and comfort of our clients, staff, and visitors are our top priorities. For this reason, we enforce a zero child policy during all appointments and throughout the Clinic. This policy is in place to ensure a safe, secure, and professional environment where our practitioners can provide the highest level of care without distractions or risks. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in prioritising safety and maintaining a serene clinic atmosphere.

Privacy

Aura Aesthetics Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of patient information. All patient information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We welcome all feedback, whether positive or negative, to help us improve our service and ensure the highest quality care. Please share your thoughts with us verbally, by email, or by calling the clinic.

Liability

Aura Aesthetics Clinic and its employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of its services.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Aura Aesthetics Clinic may revise this Agreement at any time by updating on https://auraaestheticsclinic.com/terms-conditions/ By using the services provided by Aura Aesthetics Clinic, you agree to be bound by the current version of this Agreement.
